Seamless integrated undermount means the basin and entire countertop are made from one piece of solid surface or Corian material, no cutout installation needed, completely seamless between basin and countertop. Process: provide countertop dimensions → we create machining drawing for confirmation → cast as one piece with same material → surface polishing → ship and install. Compared to regular undermount, zero seams and no dirt accumulation, highest grade of undermount basins.
Standard undermount basins require countertop cutout installation. Cutout dimensions are usually 10-15mm smaller than basin dimensions (for mounting edge). Basin fixed with silicone and sealed waterproof. Recommend ordering countertop and undermount basin together. We can provide countertop cutout drawings to ensure perfect dimension match. Seamless integrated undermount does not require countertop cutout, whole piece production is simpler.
